Since I have had 30 years experience working in various management and leadership roles within a bureaucracy I can help you to think strategically to determine your best path. In the Senior Executive Service program I studied and continue to study the five executive core qualifications: Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, and Building Coalitions. Combined with my knowledge of human psychology and a coaching certificate in Strategic Intervention, I am in a unique position to help you discover the mine fields, cultivate your strengths and formulate your goals.
